Dynamo Matdynamologohs

Dynamomaths for Dyscalculia is a Three Stage on-line structured intervention and remediation Programme to support children who are dyscalculic or who present themselves with co-occurring difficulties.

StanbridgeStanbridge Earls

Stanbridge Earls School is a small, independent, day and boarding school for girls and boys aged 10 to 19 with Specific Learning Difficulties including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia.  It has been rated as Outstanding by Ofsted, ISI and CReStEd.  A full curriculum is offered up to GCSE Level and a wide range of A Levels are available in the 6th Form. Additional support is offered by 14 literacy specialists, 9 numeracy specialists, 6 speech & communication therapists and 3 occupational therapists so all pupils are able to receive the right level of support they need.
The Mathematics Learning Centre (MLC) was established in 1980 and provides 1:1 specialist support to those pupils who have been identified as having mathematics learning difficulties and dyscalculia.  Individualised multi-sensory learning programmes, based on the results of initial and continuous assessments, are tailored to the needs of each pupil. Pupils receiving numeracy support often exceed expected levels of achievement.


Symphony

Symphony Maths

Symphony Maths is a web-enabled supplementary intervention program to help students develop a solid foundation in number and basic arithmetic manipulation.  Age appropriate from KS1 through to KS4, it can be used in school or at home.  Symphony Maths self-paced and adaptive approach illuminates the key elements for understanding number and produces confident, more capable students. Formative assessment pinpoints where students will still need additional teacher led help and support.
